I was selected for this role to determine viability of 3 middleware projects and improve the efficiency of both development teams involved.I've managed 2 distinct development teams, but defining team structure, prioritizing their tasks, planning project releases and establishing coding standards, simultaneously, under tight schedules.This has lead to customer satisfaction by also timely reporting progress and handling expectations of system users and stakeholders at VP levelI have also assisted in negotiations of necessary hardware for the projects, to the best interest of all departments involved.

My initial focus in this role was to develop and architect web content for APC products as a Subject Matter Expert.
