This role encompasses the management of day to day activity in the prestigious Kensington Row project near Kensington High Street.Kensington Row is a private development. Total of over 450 flats and commercial units, and a care centre. Due to last until 2020 and a turnover of £500M+.Between other activities, main role tasks are:- Temporary Works Coordination- Lifting Operations Management- General Site Management activities and inspections- Management of Contractors, progress tracking and report- Quality Assurance- Technical Design Management- Building Control and Warranty Provider project representative- General Block Manager for one of the four blocks in the project.Also volunteer to make a quarterly video to report project progress to clients.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role is to manage the design and planning of a refurbishment of a local pub, which is the first phase of a construction project which consist of 75 flats and 10 houses.At the same time, assist the site settlement, project preparation, sub-contract surveying and obtaining proper licences and authorizations for the project.The Project is for Housing on the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with a turnover of £20M+.

Geotechnical Engineering Consultancy.Major responsabilities were:- Ensure a correct Project follow up- Optimize production- On site problem solvingThe projects assisted included bore piling for Tower buildings and the MRT project in Kuala Lumpur. Both projects were developed for the same client, and a target of 20% production optimization was achieved using civil engineering skills developed on rigorous training promoted by GEO.
