With nearly 3 years of experience in the Financial Market (Brokerage and Fintech) and 2 years and 7 months in the Projects/Product area, I have worked in companies such as Órama Investimentos, Quantum Finance, Hortifruti Natural da Terra, and IDG - Instituto de Desenvolvimento e Gestão. During this time, I have gained expertise in project management, client relationship, and data analysis in areas such as Private Commercial, Wealth Management, Customer Experience, Project Management, and Digital Products.Among my main professional achievements, I highlight my time at Órama Investimentos in 2021, where I contributed to the structuring of the Wealth Management area, building indicators, and leading the implementation of the investment portfolio reporting system. In 2022, as a Product Owner, I was responsible for creating an internal digital product that boosted three of the company's key indicators. In this context, I led the project from discovery to roll-out, applying practical agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
