Born in Madeira Island (Portugal), I realized early on that physical borders are just a way to make us dream bigger. In the first 5 years of my career, I focused on developing tools, methods and relationships that allowed me to acquire a great capacity for resilience and commitment, a keen analytical sense and an attention to detail that determined my way of managing challenges.With continuous training in management, strategy and leadership, I have dedicated the last 5 years of my career to understanding and leading the challenges of managing companies and people; defining strategies and implementing tactics that have allowed sustained growth and consistent results; and developing myself as a leader who inspires the different stakeholders of the company and brings human capital, culture, social responsibility, commitment and ambition closer together.I am passionate about nature and sport.
