I am currently responsible for one of the squads at Enjoei, where I lead my team in various strategic deliveries. Among our key achievements, I highlight the creation of the Help Center for the Customer Experience team, the implementation of passwordless login with security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA), and most recently, the development of the cashback ecosystem within the platform.My previous experiences in Product include leading the Risk and Fraud squad at Healthtech Sami Saúde, where I implemented initiatives to identify and mitigate fraud in claims and health declarations. I also managed the Customer Experience Squad, focusing on the continuous improvement of operational metrics for customer service agents.I hold certifications in Product Leadership, Product Discovery, and Agile Methodology from Tera and PM3. I graduated with a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems from Universidade Estácio de Sá.
