Role Description: Responsible for the elaboration of special civil protection programs for various emergencies in the state of Nuevo León, integrating constant monitoring of weather conditions, issuance of forecasts, and the drafting of research in risk management issues. This role implies inter -institutional coordination and effective communication with the public through digital means.Key Activities:Drafting and development of special civil protection programs for different emergencies, such as heat waves, rains, tropical cyclones, summer vacations, national holidays, religious parties, icy waves, winter vacations, among others.Daily monitoring of weather conditions, and data analysis and climate forecasts.Presentation of climate forecasts during live broadcasts on social networks, as part of the dissemination activities of the State Civil Protection Department.Research and drafting of articles specialized in Risk Management and Civil Protection, with a recent approach to events derived from events such as the tropical storm Alberto.Coordination with different civil protection areas and local authorities to ensure the implementation and update of emergency programs.

Analyzed production processes and assess environmental and safety impacts. Identified areas of opportunity within internal policies and protocols, legal and regulatory requirements. Prepared and followed compliance projects, monitor and followed compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Investigated. solved problems and provided assistance in decision making and risk reduction. Collaborated in the implementation of sustainability and safety initiatives.

As an EHS consultant, I provided advice and recommendations to companies to improve their EHS programs and policies, ensure legal, regulatory and internal compliance. I carried out evaluations of their programs, practices, facilities, supplies and waste to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations. I compiled data, documents and information, investigated, analyzed and prepared legal, regulatory and/or internal compliance studies regarding environmental protection and safety. I also evaluated and developed internal documents and strategies for project monitoring and standardization. In addition, I implemented a pilot program to provide solutions to quality management, standardization, project monitoring, and progress measurement problems. Finally, I presented a proposal for a robust, permanent and aligned QMS for the EHS consulting department.

I observed and learned from expert consultants in the areas of industrial safety, civil protection, environmental impact and waste management to understand how their projects were carried out. I helped request, investigate, analyze and capture the necessary information for the subsequent development of projects for compliance and the improvement of EHS policies and strategies for industries of various lines of business. Participated and facilitated meetings with clients and members of the work team for the start-up, follow-up and closure of projects. I drafted minutes and trades, collected signatures, organized documents, presented studies, managed administratively, and processed permits, studies, and reports before federal and state agencies.

In the past, I have established a vision, mission and work plan for the group with the aim of increasing the visibility of Environmental Engineering, raising awareness of environmental issues, fostering sustainable development, promoting social integration and supporting diversity. I represented the group at events and public meetings to make it more visible and recognized, and I participated in forums and dialogue tables to influence decision-making. In addition, I established alliances and collaborations with other similar organizations to strengthen the impact and capacity for action. As group leader, I was responsible for directing and communicating with members and collaborators to inform them about the activities and achievements, evaluate their impact and encourage their participation and commitment. In addition, I coordinated and supervised the planning and execution of events that raised awareness about environmental issues, social integration and diversity, and made presentations and speeches to raise awareness among different audiences about the issues addressed by the group. Finally, I managed the group's resources, including finances and personnel.
