Experienced senior strategic leader in the social housing sector with a track record of successful change management, financial leadership, growth, governance and regulation.Alongside being a Board member for CHP and its subsidiaries, I have executive responsibility for Finance, IT and HR, as well as governance, admin and facilities.I have over 20 years' experience in the Social Housing sector, and was previously Director of Treasury Services at Swan Housing Association and Director of Resources at Havebury. In addition to leading Treasury, investment and strategic planning functions in Housing Associations I have run Development teams with the aim of increasing the delivery of excellent affordable housing.I have served as a non-exec director of a range of housing organisations and a multi-academy trust.I graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Mathematics and Business Studies, and I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
