Everything behind that should serve that experience.As a consultant at Pivotal Labs for 3 years, and an engineer at CircleCI for 6.5 years, I've exercised that pattern again and again. As a Staff Engineer at CircleCI, I learned how to help a whole team do that. When things seem complex, we pause, reflect, and come back to the value. Then we find something small and valuable we can ship fast, learn from it, and iterate.I believe that human communication, not code, is the most important part of a tech organization's success.
