With over a decade of dedicated experience in ecommerce and wine club management, I am a passionate and results-driven leader who oversaw the wine club operations, strategy, and growth at Vintage Wine Estates (NASDAQ: VWE). During my tenure, we launched more than 20 wine clubs, collectively generating over $50M annually.
As a wine club leader, I spearheaded innovative membership retention programs, significantly reducing attrition rates and consistently surpassing membership satisfaction benchmarks year over year. One of my key achievements was the establishment of a highly successful wine club loyalty program, which fueled continuous year-over-year growth and made substantial contributions to all key direct-to-consumer channels.
