In this position, I operate hard cameras for the Orlando Magic and Solar Bears in-venue shows, as well as test, set, and strike camera equipment and cables.

In this position I operate camera equipment providing shots for both videoboard and television sports broadcasts during regular and postseason. I collaborate with and propose new ideas to producers, directors, and the marketing team to plan and create new in-venue and broadcast shows for UCF athletic games. Additionally I oversee the training of new video production interns; training them in camera operation, video engineering, and cable management.

I operated camera equipment during regular-season athletic games, postseason games, and special sporting events such as the NCAA Orlando Softball Regionals with ESPN2. During my time as an intern, I also acquired experience in XPression Graphics, score bug, and replay systems. I utilized these programs to create graphics and replays of shots on broadcasts during UCF sporting events

Operate camera equipment providing quality shots during the game to be displayed on the videoboard.Conducts testing of the camera and any additional equipment to guarantee quality shots throughout the length of the sporting event. Engage in pre-production meetings, creating shot plans and lists with the producer and director for the show.

Responsible for testing, setting, operating and striking camera equipment daily to ensure stable connection and quality shots throughout the broadcast. I communicate with team members to confirm the team is accurately informed of their duties and responsibilities for the broadcast.
