Authored controlling documents, such as the Test Evaluation Program Plan, Contract Work Breakdown Structure dictionary, and change request process. Tailored and implemented CM software tools, managed CM. Ensured project compliance with Corporate quality standards and CMMI. Performed system testing, provided expert customer and management support.Previously, supported US Citizenship and Immigration Services IV&V project by updating QA process and procedure documents, and obtaining GSA estimates to build a Rational software suite.
