After completing his university studies in business administration with an emphasis on accounting and taxation in 2002, Peer Bender and his brother Kai Bender founded the company ACCENSIS GmbH which mainly deals with investor-based services and support. After working for the Group Controlling business unit at Drägerwerk AG in Lübeck for two years, Peer Bender became Product Manager of ACRON GmbH in 2004 and was also appointed to the Board of Directors of ACRON (USA) L.P. and ACRON U.S. Management, Inc. Peer Bender has been Managing Director of ACRON GmbH since 2006. Apart from his fund management duties he is also CFO for Finance and Controlling of all investment companies of the ACRON Group. His responsibilities also include fiscal and conceptual processes of the companies.
