• Perform monthly consolidation and analysis on Indochina’s forecasted business growth: “Dynamic Forecast of Real Internal Growth and Organic Growth”.• Project Leader of “Trade Net Working Capital Optimization”, to improve operation efficiency and cash flow. • Project Leader of “Stock Keeping Unit Reduction”, to reduce operation complexity. • Project coordinator of “Brand & Portfolio Optimization”, to review and improve performance of each brand throughout the company. • Perform forecast, monthly consolidation and analysis on Indochina “Trade Net Working Capital”.• Assist Cambodia Laos Myanmar Business Unit Controllers to ensure that trade and marketing investment spending is controlled and has good return on investment• Perform monthly review and analysis on operation result. Simulate Profit and Loss Statement named “Dynamic Forecast” for Cambodia Laos Myanmar Business Unit. • Calculate selling price for products distributed in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.

• Perform quarterly review and statutory audit procedure, plan schedule to audit, develop audit procedure, review and provide analysis on financial statements.• Perform specified audit procedure for US GAAP compliance testing and recommended client regarding control business environment• Perform specified audit procedure for BOI compliance testing.• Perform audit procedure for J-SOX compliance testing and recommend client regarding control business environment• Review financial ratio (Liquidity Ratio, Operating Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Leverage Ratio) and non-financial information for reasonableness of operation result and also identified the indicators that may lead future problem. • Take a senior in charge role on small and middle size engagement; delegate assignment to team members, coached and reviewed working paper of junior staff, coordinate with client and audit manager to meet client’s expectation within proper time frame.
