•Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Horizon View in an Enterprise Setting and implementing new VDI initiatives in VMware Horizon• Served as a Horizon View Administrator (7.x and/or 8.x) on a dedicated VDI team• Experience with VMware Horizon View (EUC/VDI)• Maintain VMware on-premise environment and future versions including all related tasks to properly support the Hypervisor and all Virtual machines and physical hardware- Windows Maintenance• Work within VMware V-Sphere (V-Center, ESXI, building and deploying virtual machines)• Perform the analysis, planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of VDI infrastructure hardware and software.• Maintain the stable operation of on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructure and systems related to VDI solutions.• Provisioning desktops based on customer requests using VMware horizon view tool• Troubleshoot VDI critical user issues• Create pools, add user entitlement and performance monitoring• Create Linked clone desktop using view composer and perform recompose/refresh &rebalanced operations• Assigned applications and manage UEM Profiles• Provide On-call support to ensure high availability of VDI Infra• Troubleshoot vCenter server ,ESX host related Issues and virtual machine issues.• Security hardening and Monitoring of VM’s & ESXi servers (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization) for Security Compliance.• Create and manage VMWare cluster. Enabling HA and DRS features in a cluster.• Management of VMware Horizon View Administrator 6.x/7.x/8.x• Creation of Dedicated and Floating pool using Full clone and linked clone.
