CurrentManage end to end full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.• Direct source, screen resumes, perform telephone screen interviews, and interview candidates for referral to managers.• Interacting with clients• Contact active and passive job seekers. Conduct pro-active internet, social media, networking and phone sourcing efforts to identify qualified technical candidates to add to our talent pipeline.• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures• Post open positions on various job sites as needed and corporate website• Schedule, plan and attend job/career fairs to generate qualified applicants• Conduct initial full, in-depth phone screenings to identify, qualify and present strong candidate• Timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers• Work collaboratively on a team• Work closely with Account Manager to develop, execute and refine specific recruiting plans• Cultivate lasting relationships within our network of consultants.• Hands-on experience in recruiting various technologies like Cloud, Java, QA, .Net, DevOps, Infrastructure, Network, DBA's, Security etc and working across various domains like Banking, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Health care, Media & publishing.• Expertise in Infra and Apps & SI• Working with world-leading system integrator, BIG 4, Fortune 500 clients and public-sector organizations with deep industry focus.
