This includes a compliance verification wizard which ISPs can use to determine whether they are compliant with ISPA's Code of Conduct - and with clear indication of where they are not compliant, and what they should do to become so.Developed unsubscribe-query systems which allows WASPs, FF staff, or the MNOs to lodge unsubscribe queries (for unwanted cellphone content) and provide feedback to the customer. Includes the WASP interface which clearly shows which queries are outstanding, allowing them to confirm on their systems and update.Developed API client for connecting to an MNO's systems in order to determine whether there is content charges on a cellphone number. This was done using perl/soap.Mysql tuning/indexes/joins - Re-write mysql queries to be as effective as possible, add indexes to tables as required to speed up loading time of web pages.Some of the systems are being used 24/7 by MNO customer call centres.Setting up and using a development server which contains all the live websites (with different fqdn of course) for testing and development.
