Project manager plans, leads and manages product transfer projects. Implements and proposes improvements to PTT/NPI process. The main responsible for the defined PTT/NPI projects. Leads and manages the PTT/NPI project team in the PTT/NPI project planning and implementation. In internal projects, the main contact to the other unit project manager. In external projects, the main contact to the customer’s contact person. Main responsibilities:• Lead the project team, including purchasing/logistics and engineering.• Meet planned project schedule and budget, fulfill customer expectations for the transfer project.• Successfully transfer needed skills and knowledge from the sending site (internal or external).• Ensure good and stable quality for both pilot products and also for mass production.

Product engineer is the technical manager of the product. Product engineer puts in place and ensures the most stable and efficient production processes. Product engineer arranges the necessary documentation, advises employees and resolves product design issues. Product engineer is the primary contact both internally and externally when it comes to the product technical topics. Main responsibilities:• Planning, developing and securing an efficient and high-quality production process.• Development and installation of product testing and control strategy in cooperation with process engineers and specialists.• Choosing the right working methods, tools, jigs and process materials for introducing new products in cooperation with process engineers and specialists.• Communication with customer and with factory on technical topics.• Product change management, preparation and implementation.
