As a highly experienced Program Manager/ Integration Manager with a successful track record in leading and delivering complex digital transformation programs, I have contributed to the growth and success of Infosys over the past several years. My ability to manage complex programs, align stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes has contributed to the overall success of Infosys' digital transformation initiatives.Along with program management for the transformation, I was also responsible for developing the change management plan for the digital transformation. I created and rolled out campaigns comprising mailers, floor walks, focus group discussions, food court events, and leadership communications, which were conducted across all India and overseas locations simultaneously. I achieved 1,00,000 users within 2 months of launch and was able to drive feature-wise adoption beyond 70%. I designed and implemented in-app nudges to drive behavior change, and conducted feature usage analysis based on telemetry/user interviews.
