Two years spent as a field representative providing service, operational support, initial instrument set up and operator training.Managed Technical Service Office for two years.Developed expert system content for use by in house technical support and field service representatives to isolate and correct problems. This involved multiple interviews with software and hardware engineers, chemists and customer support staff.Marketing:US Marketing Manager for Abbott Spectrum - developed and executed technical specialist program to ensure instrument's market acceptance.Project manager for blood banking data management system (DMS) - 18 month European project that began with deployment of a US based DMS product. After determining the product did not meet European requirements developed design goals for a new product based on European requirements.Product Manager for TDx SSP - Developed and marketed a self service program designed to allow customers to isolate and repair problems experienced with their instrument.Designed brochures for apartments and restaurants. Designed flow charts for complete renovation of apartment complex to ensure work was done efficiently, accurately and quickly.Developed detailed check list to ensure vacant apartments are made ready for occupancy as rapidly as possible.

Working with AutoGenomics in Carlsbad, CA. Developed customer training materials, PowerPoint presentations and troubleshooting information in table format linked to specific applicable solutions. Work is temporarily on hold due to economic conditions..

Documentation and Training:Developed customer training programs for six different Abbott instruments in clinical chemistry, therapeutic drug monitoring and blood banking: training manuals, lesson plans, visual training aids, operational exercises, flow charts and tests to determine proficiency.Conducted multiple training sessions for customers on all six instruments.Developed Therapeutic Drug Monitoring detailed information and presented at several customer sites and at regional and state technologist meetings.Trained sales representatives to operate Abbott instruments to ensure they understood how their customers would use the equipment.Developed Customer Training program, Operators Manual, Software Users Manual and Service Manual for BioArray Solutions.Developed Customer Training and Troubleshooting documents for AutoGenomics.

Created documents for training customers so they could grasp the processes more quickly and created tests to ensure the processes were understiid..
