  Help Lesotho (HL) is a Canadian incorporated and registered charity partnering public, private and volunteer resources to mitigate gender inequity and HIV/AIDS in Lesotho. HL builds partnerships with community leaders and organizations in both countries to support locally initiated, championed and managed projects for the benefit and sponsorship of more than 15,000 orphans, vulnerable children and youth in Lesotho annually. Its education, literacy, gender equity, HIV/AIDS mainstreaming and leadership development initiatives involve multi-year partnerships pursuing common goals, policies and practices to ensure financial and community accountability.
