Presently I am writing grants in support of Torrey Enterprises, LLC. It has been a great experience getting back to supporting the Maritime Industry as I am a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy. My degree is in Engineering with previous experience working in the nuclear field at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in New Hampshire. I also have a master's degree in Education and taught middle school math (Pre-Algebra and Algebra) for many years. I am certified in New Jersey to teach Mathematics from K-12 and also several sciences.

Responsible for preparing technical work documents used for establishing and maintaining plant conditions and testing shipboard mechanical and electrical components during the performance of US Navy submarine overhauls. Responsible for testing and directing operations of reactor plant systems, overseeing safety of plant and personnel, maintaining strict accountability records, and troubleshooting problem areas.
