I have been with Cahill, Wilinski, Rhodes & Joyce, P.C. since 2001. I started in the fields of Litigation, Personal Injury, Municipal and Foreclosure. I currently manage the firm and handle in-house HR duties along with specializing in SBA 504 loans. My prior experience is in real estate transactions include Commercial, SBA 7(a), SBA504, assumptions and residential.I have experience with recording various collateral filings including but not limited to, residential and commercial buildings and property, Vessels, Vehicles and Aircrafts. Prior to moving into Real Estate, I worked closely with an attorney in preparing, Legal Memorandums, Foreclosure Packages, Pleadings, Summons and Complaints, Interrogatories and Requests for Discovery, Motions, Settlement Agreements, Bankruptcy Petitions, Affidavits, Certifications and Subpoena. I have also work in preparing Deed packages and Liquor License applications. I work well under pressure and strive to be professional at all times. Client interaction is very important to me as is making sure that items move forward in a timely matter. Being detail oriented and having excellent organizational and planning skills makes it easy to work independently with little or no supervision. I use Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and Practice Master on a daily basis. I am also a Notary Public.
