Customer Relationship Management and Leadership: Direct team of Account Managers and Service Specialists in the implementation and delivery of programs at partner institutions. Advocate for and support 600+ institutions and $30M of institutional business among Kaplan cross-functional groups.

Served as the primary business contact for Kaplan's institutional partnerships and ensured exemplary customer service was provided and client needs were met. This role was responsible for client satisfaction, retention and contract renewal. Worked closely with cross-functional team members to ensure that all aspects of the contract were delivered upon. In addition to managing accounts, the Senior Account Manager led in a player-coach model by leading a team of account managers as direct reports.

Developed relationships with nursing and medical campuses to generate new sales and increase overall interest in Kaplan programs. Initiated and negotiated contracts for student groups and organizations and developed strategic marketing plans for promotional opportunities. Built and maintained relationships with nursing and medical school stakeholders, including students and academic organizations/clubs. Prepared, organized and delivered marketing presentations to various audiences, in collaboration with 60+ nursing and medical schools.

Ensured excellence in academics and student learning experiences through active management of Faculty Members and academic operations. Trained, managed and coached 30+ faculty. Developed and supported faculty in accordance to national standards and guidelines. Led faculty observations, feedback sessions, meetings, and other coaching and development activities. Recruited, auditioned and interviewed candidates making key hiring decisions at each stage of teacher recruitment process.

Directed all daily center operations including but not limited to: pursued and developed new business opportunities and programs; negotiated contracts for products and services with customers; hired, managed and coached all center faculty and staff; created and implemented strategic marketing, academic and service plans.
