CurrentRoute2020 -Roads and Transport Authority, DubaiDesign and ConstructionPegah worked on the concept development, detail design, selection of interior design and materials and finishes for Route2020 stations and buildings. She provided supervision of all phases of the design and its compliance with local and international codes. She has been heavily involved in development of the design strategies by the Contractor from early stage of the design development and provided technical support in fulfilling the design requirement of the project. She also provided significant support to the Contractor and Employer by facilitating liaison with the project Stakeholders and third parties on obtaining the required approvals.Pegah performed technical supervision of implementation of code requirements for Fire Life Safety, accessibility, signage and wayfinding as well as implementation of the Contract requirement for “Revenue Generation” including retail and advertising assets.Pegah provided construction supervision on the delivery of world class station by reviewing the shop drawings and carrying out regular site inspections, reporting and follow-up for corrective action.Pegah led architectural readiness activities for the project take over. She performed architectural inspections for the stations, prepared hand-over snag-lists and facilitated liaisons with the Contractor and the Employer for training purposes, access and handover of the assets to the Operator, retail tenant, advertising consultant, etc.Pegah provided supervision and assistance on aesthetic design of the new trains (included options for 3 distinct external and internal design) as wells as review of the aesthetic design detailing, fitting, material and colour pallet selection. She was actively involved in the reviewing and obtaining approvals for the design, the physical mock up and completed trains.
