The overall goal of the project is to support African startups in scaling their digital innovations; these innovations should enable users in the agriculture or food sectors to increase their income. The aim of the Investment Readiness Programme is to support more African startups in improving their business models, gaining access to investors and business partners, and achieving greater impact.- Led and managed all aspects of Monitoring & Evaluation. - Oversaw and steered impact assessments conducted by external service providers, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.- Developed a robust M&E framework for data collection and analysis, tracking the impact and performance of the programme.- Developed insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders- Managed and steered a service provider supporting ~20 start-ups annually with IT services crucial for their success.- Worked closely with start-ups as their "navigator" by guiding them through the programme and matching the offered services to their needs Show less
