About Pegah Kamal-Bugeja

My passion is to help build human connections in a vastly digital world- through memorable experiences and relatable stories. Throughout my career I have delivered successful strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that have humanised brands to better connect with their communities and ultimately drive positive brand reputation. In 2017, I was the recipient of the Social Community Champion award by Lithium Technologies (now Khoros) for delivering a fully integrated community campaign that aligned activities across the HPE Aruba Airheads community forum, industry tech influencers, brand social channels and HPE Aruba's largest wireless networking event. In my recent role at Commonwealth Bank, I have developed the first strategic audience-led Always On content strategy that focuses on empowering our customers to build a better future for themselves.
