I think curiosity is transformative, and with the right questions we might better understand ourselves, our work, and the world around us. I believe problems are riddles or codes meant to be deciphered, and difficult conversations are something of a treasure. I welcome the things that act as portals to a deeper understanding of what's in front of us, that summon growth, and honor wisdom. It's my sense of wonder that beckons me down paths that haven't been cleared and it's my courage that knows there might be something worth finding. But, it's my joy that asks others to join me in clearing the brush because collective work is so much more powerful and fulfilling.
