I have 23 years'​ experience in business. In our family business, my job was overseeing the daily administrative operations.Later, that included maintaining commercial Real Estate, construction and lease management. Real Estate sales practice and Real Estate Finance would become my career in 2003. I would gain experience in short sales and the "​ distressed"​ sales market place through working with industry leaders and then achieving Brokers status in 2010.I am currently working on NJ Broker credentials, adding multiple states licensing to my real estate portfolio and continue my education.I have worked in tile and granite. Designing kitchen and bath surfaces with glass, granite and stone products. Assisting homeowners in the selection and design process. I also custom design and fabricate mosaic feature pieces.The best way to increase sale-ability of a property is with first impressions. Granite, Tile and Paint are your best friends. In my variety of experience I know how to produce "The WOW"​ experience with minimal costs.My best asset beyond designing, is my customer's trust and my commitment to exceeding their expectations.
