Employee Assistance Consultant
Provide consultation to managers and ER staff concerning employees who are exhibiting problematic behavior and/or performance concerns at work. Partner with corporate security to assess threat issues that have potential to negatively impact the workplace. Provide consultation to internal EAC staff on threat management issues. Work on fitness for duty referrals and manage the FFD process through completion. Provide support to work groups and individuals who have experienced a critical incident at the workplace.Provide support to line of business leaders regarding behavioral health issues that impact the organization.
