Being a part of the community since 1972, my husband and I raised our family here and are both previous business owners. When we first came to the area we farmed 280 acres in beautiful Bostwick Park. I have been active in the Historic Montrose Downtown serving both as a Board member and Coordinator. I am so proud of our DOWNTOWN , I am biased! We seem to have always had a rental or two in addition to our small acreage with cattle, horses, chickens! I love the adventure of remodeling a home but when time permits we can be found on our 4 wheelers relishing in the beauty of our area!I have consistently received awards each year from Coldwell Banker Corporate ranging from Sterling Society to President’s Circle and enjoy the challenge of achieving a position in the top percentile each year. I feel privileged to have been able to serve as a board member for the Montrose Association of Realtors and also as their Chairman of the Public Relations committee for a number of years. Having been at Coldwell Banker Bailey & Co for almost 16 years, working with builders on subdivisions, residential, farm/ranch, First Time home buyers and Seniors, my objective continues to be providing Buyers and Sellers with the answers, direction and assistance to help them complete their real estate project, goal or dream. I am proud to be part of a truly wonderful area and community.
