Joined, Flatiron Health’s Integrated Quality Management (IQM) team to support their QA processes to define, maintain, and oversee the Quality Management System for their provider network services. Cross-functionally partner with Flatiron Health’s business units through quality management and quality oversight activities intended to accelerate quality improvement. Responsibilities include support for our community oncology services, i.e; electronic health records [EHRs], insurance billing, research (e.g., human subjects protection), and/or academic medical centers (e.g., scientific publications) initiatives. NYeC is a NY State REC(Regional Extention Center), that provides support to eligible providers for the adoption and implementation of EHR technologies and solutions. NYeC is responsible for managing both Federal and State funded grants that support the projects that have have been identified by the ONC to encourage and support HIT adoption. The organzition is also leading the state's initiatives for its HIE - SHIN-NY (State Health Information Network - NY). Conducted workflow analysis, project planning and system design and implementation for an Electronic Medical Record system.

Lead the corporate initiative to design, develop, and document Medidata’s Professional Certification program for its clinical trial research software. Collaborated with Legal, Quality Assurance, E-Learning, Marketing Support and Product Development departments to develop program requirements and standards. Researched Certification industry leaders to define industry standards for program design and benchmark testing. Collaborated with technical subject matter experts (SME’s) from Microsoft and The Communicators, Inc., for program development. Successfully planned and ran item writing workshops with internal SMEs to develop a question bank for the inaugural certification exam. Defined and developed technical system specifications for the design and delivery of online assessment tests and certification exams, with the eLearning Specialist.  Designed, implemented and managed the district’s global education and biotechnology research program initiatives.  Founded and developed programs for global education, foreign language (Mandarin), and professional development support and curriculum enrichment.  Identified, established and expanded international collaborative curriculum-based projects with schools in the America’s, Asia and Europe, including hosting student exchanges. Initiated, developed, and implemented the district’s biotechnology curriculum program incorporating key areas such as stem cell training and bioethics in liaison with academic authorities. Integrated external academic expertise into programs to enrich the education of exchange students under a Fulbright scholarship grant. Researched, identified, and cultivated internship opportunities for 30 students in the biotech and renewable energy academy tracks and mentored students on their selection and development of internship positions. Discovered and enrolled the district in a variety of interactive video conferencing programs and competitions offered by NASA, resulting in one of our teams winning the February 2008 national Moon Habitat Challenge.  Liaised with colleges that offered credits for specific courses. Coordinated adjunct teachers and course offerings; registration and payment for enrolled students. Increased enrollment from 80 to over 300 students annually.

 Successfully launched own company and generated enough revenue to be profitable in its first year.  Designed and developed Online Help systems and technical manuals for Blue Chip clients including Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, AIG, Ernst &Young and Exxon. Samples projects included document management systems, IT Development standards for technical services, PeopleSoft, Sales and marketing order tracking systems.
