**Established administrative functions, inventory management and standardized all forms. Responsible for organization correspondence, monthly committee reports, Board communications, arranging monthly conference meetings, maintaining member database, dues notices and payments, supply orders and inventory. Handled all membership customer service and public relations issues as well as press releases and public communication.**Managed upgrade of organization identity. Responsible for contracting with vendors, purchasing promotional merchandise, processing orders and shipping, preparing and distributing new member packets and conference material.**Expanded organization web presence using (Macromedia) Dreamweaver. Co-authored and edited web content. Maintained for 2 years while working on the website that rolled out in 2003. This new site was a functionally dynamic and operationally sophisticated fully integrated web-based intranet system easily accessed by members and staff using a simple "point and click" web-based interface.
