Perform timely collection activities for all outstanding receivables.- Reconcile multiple bank accounts monthly.- Process payroll for 50+ employees including all mandatory or elective withholdings including health benefits and 401(k) contributions.- Work closely with 401(k) third-party administrator to ensure compliance and timely submission of annual 5500 filing.- Perform new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and termination support including COBRA administration.- Collaborate with employee benefits and insurance brokers to manage annual renewals, determine plan changes, and oversee open enrollment.-Handled multiple implementations of payroll systems when switching vendors.
