About Peggie Mccarthy
As far back as I can remember, my favorite thing to do in life is to help people. Even when I was in elementary school after completing an in-class assignment, I would ask my teachers if they needed any help with something. This trait has followed me throughout my personal and professional life. Life's adventures, twists and turns have afforded me the opportunity to learn from a variety of people and industries. Along side of administrative tasks, I enjoy organizing and creating programs that improve efficiency and productivity. Independently, I have created task step-by-step guide books for existing and onboarding team members, created a streamlined approach to scheduling which was adapted by leadership and used company wide, and participated in the development and use of the new software programing for my company's use, as we as executed multiple on-site events. Outside of work, you can find me out for a walk with my dog or reading a good book. I also relish in volunteering and attempting to cure my never ending curiosity of a multitude of interests. Oh, and of course, helping people.
