As Marketing Manager for Kinzie Brokerage, Peggie worked closely with the Director of Project Sales to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new residential developments across all media channels including branding, print, digital and social media advertising, email marketing campaigns, direct mail, etc. Peggie served as the liaison to third party vendors to oversee the creative development of all project collateral, website content, site signage, promotional material, advertisements, e-marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives to ensure messages were consistent with brand strategy. Peggie also managed project marketing budgets and allocated funds appropriately to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns for the project. In conjunction with her role as Marketing Manager, Peggie maintained her role as Brokerage Coordinator for the Kinzie Brokerage team (see below).

As Brokerage Coordinator, Peggie provided Broker support on all property marketing needs such as professional photography, brochure development and site signage design, e-blast and social media announcements, direct mailer campaigns and more. She maintained listing information on MLS databases and marketing web portals. She coordinated open house and broker tour event logistics and prepared all marketing material for events. Peggie also managed the transactional process from contract to close, ensuring process actions were completed to meet contract deadlines.

As Design Director and Project Manager, Peggie oversaw all aspects of design development, programming and FF&E selections for two ground-up boutique hotel projects. She worked directly with the Construction Manager to schedule material installations and ensure the project stayed on schedule. She successfully negotiated with vendors on bids, pricing and lead times to effectively maintain budget objectives and construction timelines. She also concurrently worked on the renovation of existing guest rooms and suites, common areas, amenity spaces and executive offices for the groups seven boutique properties to improve the aesthetic value of each property. At the completion of each project, she coordinated and styled professional photo shoots for future property marketing and branding.

Edward R. James Homes is a premier home builder on Chicago's North Shore. As Design Coordinator, Peggie worked with new homeowners to select interior finishes and make custom modifications to floor plans as requested by the client. Once selections were finalized, she then served as liaison to the construction team through to close. She also worked closely with the Sales & Marketing team on product development, floor plan review and standard selections packages for the launch of several notable residential developments on the North Shore.

While serving as intern for Nate Berkus Associates, Peggie worked with designers to review furniture plans and pull selections for current clients. She met with industry reps to learn about the latest materials and trends and maintained the design library with current and relevant samples.
