Held several positions during this approximate time of service to this particular company. Placed thousands of applicants into temporary and fulltime positions in several leading auto manufacturing companies. Provided onsite human resource management to individual clients on their premises which included maintaining a workforce up to 150 employees.

Project Management/Leadership/Goal-Oriented: My impact at Urbana University is intentional and successful through being able to follow through on the planning and partnership networking in my community and surrounding communities. I have impacted the Adult and Continuing Education enrollment through effective marketing by coordinating promotional events, developing and implementing marketing plans, and conducting recruitment meetings and orientations. My efforts increased leads to the program by over seventy-five percent. I have also had the responsibility of managing off-campus undergraduate programs. Success of the implementation comes from assisting with the development of recruitment materials and developing and maintaining administrative manuals to assure program standards. My previous experience with Adecco Employment Services allowed me the opportunity to learn and utilize personnel skills that included recruiting, training and development, and supervision of staff. Communication/Interpersonal/Diversity: My tenure with Urbana University has allowed me to serve in several positions and the opportunity to work with diverse individuals and groups. Academic Advising and listening has allowed me to make a difference by collaborating with other academic advisors, faculty, the Registrar, Financial Aid Department, and the adult learner to bring results. I have also enjoyed being involved in event planning and interaction with the international students. My previous experience with Adecco Employment Services allowed me to work with several of the top ten national auto manufacturing clients.
