Manage outsourced accounting relationship between Ernst & Young and Corporate. Coordinate and support country specific reporting requirements ensuring that all appropriate Central and South American entities are proactively involved in the required reporting preparation and review. Ensure that Central and South American invoices and payments are properly reviewed, approved and recorded in the G/L and perform account reconciliations between US ledgers and local ledgers. Assist in documentation of policies and procedures which included distribution and presentation to Ernst & Young. Collaborate in implementing tax recharge model and help develop local billing capability in Central and South America. Provide support to PWC, external auditor, with audit, tax and statutory filings.

Develop pricing, financial and costing analyses for ATM and Frame Relay. Develop documentation of the various pricing methodologies and procedures used within the department. Responsible for interpretation and application of local US tariffs as well as PTT tariffs worldwide. Provide assistance as needed to the Program Manager, Order Entry and Billing groups within the US SSU for contract analysis in order to determine the validity of orders.

Oversee the journal entries process of Marketing Finance. Coordinate the timely processing and auditing of journal entries and forwarding them to Records Management.
