As a wellness educator and social entrepreneur, I'm passionate about empowering people to make wise choices about their health and, at the same time, giving them the opportunity to to be a part Mission 5 Million by impacting the lives of at risk children.My background as a registered nurse and my thirty years experience in nutritional and wellness consulting have provided me with the ability to help others sort through the mountain of information to distill the top priorities that can impact their health. For the past 16 years I have been recommending Mannatech's glyconutrients and real food supplements, because these unique products are backed by solid science and produce real results. In working with both children in orphanages and individual children with health challenges through the ministry arm of Mannatech, I have had the joy of seeing the power of real food nutrients at work improving their quality of life!I have had some challenging and rewarding experiences in my nursing career: Head Nurse of an Hospital Emergency Department. Intensive Care and Coronary Care Nurse, Director of Nursing at a rural hospital in South Dakota at age 24; Nurse Coordinator Children's Comprehensive Health Care Services, and now, Home Health Nurse in the Phoenix area.However, my first love in the arena of health is wellness education. I believe everyone should take responsibility for their own health. It is an added blessing to impact the lives of children around the world and in this country through the life-changing nutrients provided through the Mission 5 Million (M5M) mission. My vision is to generate enough residual income though our home businesses that I can generously support and participate in health care teams like those working with Samaritan's Purse and also support Christians who are suffering persecution for their faith.
