Participated in a NERC audit and several mock audits. Responsible for all materials and evidence for this requirement.Review all new hire background checks, drug tests and physicals for pre-employment. Rescind offers if necessary based on this information.Personally maintain a recruitment workload of approximately 50 positions a year that results in approximately 80 offers. These positions are varied; which include but are not limited to Directors, Managers, F&A, IT, Customer Service Professionals, Electricians. In 2014 we saw a 20% increase in goal attainment and a 61% decrease in placement goals. In 2015 we increased our plans by 4, but kept the same amount of placement goals. In 2016 we continued to see a reduction in placement goals.Maintain all I-9s, which includes foreign worker HIB’s and green card sponsorships. Completed PERM applications for 12 foreign workers.
