Inner Clarity Counseling Group focuses on healing depression, anxiety, self-defeating or self-sabotaging pattern of living that stem from some type of trauma. Whether the trauma experience is related to early attachment wounds or complicated grief or loss, or from some form of violence, healing these wounds can allow individuals to move on and live life fully and with more meaning and purpose.

The primary goal at Telos is to create inspiring relationships with our students and their families in order to help them both reach their ultimate potential. As a result of this, Telos is a strong relationship based program working to help boys and families change from the inside out. As a team therapist, my role also included training our residential staff in the dynamics of each boy's behavioral protocol so that the team was teaching and reinforcing each student's skill set consistently.

Provided individual, group, and family therapy for adolescent male and female clients in residential treatment. Experience in working locked RTC, open RTC, and Day Treatment PHP levels of care. Worked with DCFS and DJJS caseworkers providing monthly treatment progress reports as well as quarterly progress reports to the court. Developed and ran on campus DBT Skills groups for adolescent girls, and then expanded the program to girls in ARTEC's foster care program. Developed a DBT parent training group which taught parents to be DBT coaches in the home. Developed a four week experience summer program for 50+ at risk youth which gave them exposure to sports, creative and performing arts, interactive career explorations with community business partners. Ran this program for three years, each year increasing the number of community partners and financial sponsors. Worked as a part of a multi-disciplinary team including academic advisors, psychiatrist, psychiatric nurses, recreation therapists, and state caseworkers to identify treatment goals and measure each student's progress.
