Web-based Training Portal Managed and optimized professional development content online for 3000 Honda Financial Services associates and their 1,000 dealerships nationwide.• Led a team of web developers, architects, instructional designers, and graphic designers in an initiative to update a website into a new, more user-friendly and relevant portal to increase user traffic. Engaging all stakeholders early in the process ensured client buy-in and a solution that aligned with their needs. The result was a robust site designed to provide greater efficiency, improved cross-functional communications, and valuable peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. • Built and effectively managed project budgets totaling over $800,000 in FY 2009.• Developed a strategic “toolkit” to improve the department’s Request For Proposal response process. Acknowledged by management as a valuable new methodology which would be introduced throughout the division.

Managed implementation of high quality marketing content on 220 dealer sites, reinforcing brand messaging of other authorized Lexus sites such as Lexus.com. • Achieved first ever “on-time” new model launch on dealer sites by building a collaborative team amongst all outside agencies and vendors involved, with a shared goal and project plan. The improved communication and coordination resulted in a flawless launch that was recognized by management, and provided a working model for future successful launches.• Reviewed and approved marketing content, and by leveraging across appropriate platforms (Lexus websites, partner websites, Lexus Magazine, and live events), optimized messaging impact to targeted communities, and raised brand visibility to new markets.• Participated on the IS-f branding team to position Lexus’ first ever high-performance sport sedan
