She led the company’s transformation team in response to Healthcare Reform, evolving culture, processes & technology, and collaborated nationally with Blue Plans & the Association on strategic issues. At Novant Health, Pan-American & General Health, Peggy led transformations to record profits, grew companies organically & with M&A, and led strategic partnerships. As EVP/COO/CFO, she headed operations & finance in 8 countries, navigated diverse cultures & launched top-rated products.
