Peggy DeMuse is an accomplished mergers and acquisitions advisor and has worked with business owners to successfully transition their businesses since 2011. During that time, she has completed over 200 transactions and has expertise in the following industries: HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors, General Construction of all types, Manufacturing, Property Management, Business Services, SAAS and other software and computer services and Printing and Publications.Peggy provides outstanding service to her clients and receives rave reviews from all sides of the transaction. She was Broker of the year in 2022, 2019, 2014 and 2013. She has also received President Club Status every year. Peggy brings a unique perspective from operating at senior levels in both large publicly held companies as well as smaller privately held organizations. Her career has included finance and tax positions with Ecolab, Sales Leadership position with Ernst & Young and Managing Partner for SALO Finance. She also started her own small business, which she built to a profitable position in its first year of operation, and then sold with the assistance of Sunbelt.Peggy is a CPA (inactive) and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Accounting, and from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business with a Master’s in Business Taxation.
