Inventory Planning Analyst
• Manage the Security portfolio which generates $46.8M in sales and generating $19.7M in gross product dollars FY2021.• Manage fill rate to our customers• Analyze demand history and forecast future demand at the item-DC level• Create purchase orders based on current forecasts and effective inventory• Track purchase orders from Asian ports and domestic vendor warehouses to warehouses• Maintain cross-functional relationships with category merchants, warehouses, and transportation to resolve and prevent stock outs, product quality control or order fulfillment issues, and resolve pricing issues• Analyze inventory levels and monitor supply for overstock and transfer opportunities• Manage purchase order dollars vs. available open dollars on the open to buy• Review on-time performance, lead time, outbound fill rate with each vendor
