* Responsible for managing the graduate admissions process for domestic and international candidates for MBA and MS programs. * Make admissions decisions with Program Directors.* Collaborate with governance bodies in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures such as admissions, scholarships and curriculum focus.* Oversee the certification process ensuring institute requirements and deadlines are met.* Hire graduate student assistants and work with faculty to facilitate and monitor performance of and take action when necessary.* Serve as content expert and college liaison to the Professional Studies Graduate Progream and approve plans of study.* Develop and maintain relationships with Fulbright, Tibet Fund, World Learning, and other special scholar program administrators; serve as primary advisor for these students.* Work with at risk students assessing student needs and referring to appropriate university resources.* Collaborate with Assistant Dean for Student Services for collection of undergraduate and graduate enrollment data for AACSB and other surveys.
