I have been a recruiter for 18+ years during which time I have conducted both retained and contingent searches for a variety of positions in for-profit and non-profit organizations. I now focus on recruiting senior level sales and sales leadership positions for fast-growing companies in the cyber security sector. Prior to my work in recruiting, I held senior level line and staff positions in marketing, sales and strategy and have had direct responsibility for the profitability of business units, product lines, and individual products and services. In my marketing consulting practice, I consulted to companies in a variety of industries. Some previous clients are Zebra Technologies, S.D. Warren Company, Toshiba America Information Systems, Rational Investors, Medline, Excel Energy, The Blandin Foundation, and the Foreign Commercial Services Office of the American Embassy in Paris, France.I also owned and operated WRE, Inc., which purchased and renovated 26 mostly pre-WWII homes for resale.I graduated from Macalester College (BA) and the University of Minnesota (MA), and was awarded a Bush Foundation Fellowship to participate in the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.I have served on the boards of numerous professional, civic and community organizations, and have held leadership positions in American Marketing Association, North American Society of Corporate Planners, Macalester College Alumni Association.
