My dual careers started as a hospitality leader as a General Manager for Helmsley Spear, followed by nine (9) hotel properties with Radisson Hotels that exceeded expectations in financial performance and guest satisfaction goals.In 2001, shifted my focus to launch a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop franchise in Orlando FL with my husband. This opportunity lead to twelve (12) years of successful development of 91 restaurants.The key is to always plan for a path of success that is orchestrated by learning, listening, leading and coaching.
