Peg Kelley, Ma, Lpc Email and Phone Number
I provide individual (adults) and couples counseling in my private practice opened in 2019. I want to work with anyone who has the goal of simply wanting to feel better than they do right now. Not feeling our emotional best is exhausting, and can lead to physical health decline, so it is worth the effort to try to feel better. I will listen to you and help you get to know your Self, utilizing the Internal Family Systems (IFS) modality of therapy. Together, we will discover your parts, their roles, how to heal your emotional pain and help you understand your Self and your relationships, feel more confident and calm, less anxious, and live your life to its fullest.

Mental Health CounselorAnn Arbor Counseling Associates, Llc Apr 2016 - May 2019Ann Arbor, Michigan, UsWhether you are in college or beyond, interpersonal development and growth is challenging. Many situations with other people - colleagues, professors, bosses, roommates, and partners - challenge us and who we want to be, or at least who we think we want to be. Each relationship is different, but requires similar skills to navigate. Depression, anxiety, performing your best at your selected sport, or behaviors that interfere with you achieving fulfilling relationships are all areas of focus for me. My goal as a counselor is to help you feel supported and hopeful as you develop insight into your life challenges, develop the skills needed to have fulfilling relationships, and improve your overall wellness. -
