Each relationship is different, but requires similar skills to navigate. Depression, anxiety, performing your best at your selected sport, or behaviors that interfere with you achieving fulfilling relationships are all areas of focus for me. My goal as a counselor is to help you feel supported and hopeful as you develop insight into your life challenges, develop the skills needed to have fulfilling relationships, and improve your overall wellness.

Michigan's only outdoor sports publication. Spearheaded and managed the magazine from creation through all phases of development for over 10 years. Developed business plan, raised capital, sold advertising to national and local companies, helped develop and implement a distribution system. Oversaw all human resource endeavors. Handed over the publisher role in 2004 to focus entirely on print and new media product development, including an e-newsletter, web content and advertising, and creating links between the print and electronic products. Wrote and edited original content, designed magazine layout, managed editorial and publication schedules. • Grew readership from 50,000 to over 150,000.• Implemented an editorial vision for the publication producing 113 monthly editions meeting deadlines and budget constraints.• Negotiated contracts with printers and managed freelance writers and photographers.Management responsibilities included budgeting, strategic planning, editorial planning, and software evaluations and deployment.
