As part of leadership team, transition the engineering teams into an Agile organization. - Shipped multiple feature releases of IPTV Client software, deployed in over 30 million households across large telecom operators worldwide. - Held overall Product Owner role and worked across disciplines within the core engineering organization (development, QA, publications) as well as extended teams (business management, marketing, technical readiness, field engineering).
