Managed a team of 6 accountants, supervising the day-to-day operations of the accounts office. Handled the Record-to-Report accounting of the parent company (AZH). Reported the monthly MIS, year-end financial statements as well as group consolidation. Certified all journal entries and supplier payments. Monitored the cash flow and supported the preparation of the annual budget and forecast. In-charge also of the Vat analysis and filing as well as other necessary taxes.
